Maandeeq Development Hub (MDH) is a Somali-led inclusive development, resilience, and peacebuilding organization committed to delivering integrated, sustainable, and community-driven solutions across Somalia.
MDH was established to address Somalia’s interconnected development challenges through a holistic approach that combines economic empowerment, financial inclusion, digital innovation, food systems resilience, civic engagement, peacebuilding, environmental sustainability, psychosocial support, and legal empowerment.
Through its programme pillars, Economic Empowerment and Innovation; Resilient Livelihoods and Environment; and Peace, Civic Engagement, Protection, and Wellbeing, MDH designs and implements high-impact interventions that strengthen livelihoods, enhance resilience, promote social cohesion, and improve access to opportunities and services.
The organization prioritizes youth, women, internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities, ensuring that development efforts are inclusive, equitable, and locally driven.
